MoonQuotaKit

MoonQuotaKit is a MoonBit foundation library for deterministic quota, rate limiting, atomic multi-dimensional charging, and fair-share scheduling.

It supports Token Bucket, Fixed Window, GCRA, hierarchy, batch evaluation, snapshot/restore boundaries for storage adapters, audit summaries, and runnable CLI/benchmark scenarios across native, JS, Wasm, and Wasm-GC targets.
