feat: add signature demos for cpp, perl, ruby, rust

• Add signing & request examples for C++, Perl, Ruby, Rust
• Align GET request handling with Go/Java (empty body for signature hash, skip body in request)
• Fix dangling reference in C++ body_for_sign
• Update .gitignore with build artifact patterns
