Add Operation State Machine Tests

Summary: Add 37 tests for operation state machine covering:

OperationState enum tests (states defined, distinct, output operator)
OperationResult enum tests (results defined, distinct, output operator, failure reason conversion)
StreamState enum tests
RowStream state tests (initial state, transitions, empty result, row counting)
Async state simulation tests (pending status, multiple rows with pending)
QueryResult state tests (partial flag, operation result affecting ok())
Error state tests (injection, clearing, effects on ping/reset/changeUser)
Connection state tests (transaction, autocommit, reusable, SSL, needReset)
Query execution state tests (tracking, metadata, lastInsertId, affectedRows)

SQuangLe

Overview

SQuangLe is a C++ MySQL client library built on top of WebScaleSQL‘s C client library. It does not require a WebScaleSQL server - WebScaleSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, and Percona Server should all work fine.

Current Status

SQuangLe is not supported as a standalone project; it is released as a dependency of HHVM’s async mysql extension to the Hack language.
