Add a txn id to txn.commit log messages

When reading logs, especially if there are long timeouts after multiple transactions have been started, it is hard to match the results to the commit. This adds a txn id to the logs and also adds a “success” debug log. Idl.Transaction does not have a public “id” and its private _request_id is only set after commit.
