webapp: Remove AWS Actions Runner Controller components


The AWS Actions Runner Controller (ARC) deployment has been phased out
and is no longer active, so do not report their status anymore.

infrastructure-status

This repository hosts the Zephyr Project Infrastructure Status web app.

Web App

The web app is compiled and published by the deploy-webapp GitHub Actions workflow and hosted by the GitHub Pages.

Incident Reports

The issues labeled with the incident and incident-activate labels are used to track the incidents displayed on the status web app.

Acknowledgement

The web app is loosely based on tadhglewis’s issue-status.
