dts: ti: mspm0: fix analog and gpio node naming in mspm0l222x
analog and gpio nodes do not represent peripheral functions — drop the
redundant port prefix and index: gpioa_NN_paM -> gpio_paM.
Also fix zero-padded single-digit pad suffixes across all node types
(pa01 -> pa1) and add missing input-enable on sysctl_fcc_in/lfclkin.
