hal: renesas: ra: adapt code for use with 5-pipe usbfs peripheral

Currently, the code is only compatible with 10-pipe usbfs peripherals. Fixed it by adding a macro which enables a different find_pipes table and CFIFOx instead of D0FIFOx. This has been confirmed working on a RA4E2 devkit (with slightly changed Zephyr dts).
