Remove gpg’s requirement for a TTY
Running the devstack deployment requires an interactive
session. In order to allow a headless process, such as
a systemd unit to deploy the product, gpg must be started
in a batch mode.
Three options are added to the command line:

–batch: don’t ask questions
–no-tty: don’t rely on TTY
–yes: assume yes everywhere
