Add list_domains() convenience method to keystone_client.Client
Exposes a list_domains(**filters) method on the Client wrapper that
delegates to keystoneclient.v3.domains.DomainManager.list(). Completes
the symmetric find/list interface for both domains and projects on the
Client class.
