known issues

1. alltoall with nvidia gpu may hang

To build the library:

1. download MXMACA stack
2. extract or install MXMACA stack with mxmaca-sdk-install.sh in sdk package
3. export MACA_PATH=/path to MXACA, default path is /opt/maca if not set
4. bash build.sh
5. copy build/libmccl.so to $MACA_PATH/lib/
