Power Board, Version 2

This is a basic power board that provides uninterrupted, switchable 5V supplies to attached systems.

Feature:

• Input connectors for up to six solar cells (in configurations for up to 5 Volt)
• Conditioning of input power (linear energy transfer mode)
• Two Li-Ion batteries integrated on the board
• Charge and discharge circuitry for batteries, depending on solar input and load
• Main power switch that disconnects all electrical loads from solar cell input and batteries
• Stable 5 Volt output power to attached loads
• Eight output switches for switchable loads

Getting Started

To build the module, refer to the Assembly Guide for instructions.

To operate the module, refer to the Operation Guide.

To modify the module, refer to the “src” folder, which contains all the source files developed with KiCAD.
