The svtk package is now distributed as part of the official GATK-SV repository, which is maintained by the Broad Institute Data Sciences Platform in collaboration with the Talkowski Lab.

Please file all issues and bug reports with the GATK-SV repo, as this original svtk repo is no longer actively maintained and has been archived.
