Description
The Plasmid Profiler leverages BLAST and short read sequece typing to identify Enterobacteriaceae plasmids from NGS reads.
The results are then parsed and presented in a heatmap format showing the likely plasmid families present and AMR genes discovered within
the sequencing data.
