Provides the data needed to GC normalize tumor-normal log-ratio. Package facets (https://github.com/veseshan/facets) depends on it.
v0.3.0 added udef option for gbuild to allow for user defined GC percentage data (useful for other genomes). Experimental code to create GC percentage data available at https://github.com/soccin/mkGCPct
