Introduction

This tool can be used to generate bootstrapped replicates of multiple sequence alignments. The bootstrapped replicates are saved in relaxed PHYLIP format.

Release

MSABOOT 0.1.2

This release replaced the use of Biopython’s AlignIO.write function with a custom implementation.

Installation

Requires Python3 and pip3.

pip3 install .
