For IE browser users: Downloading a file by clicking a file and
then choosing the option “raw”. Right click to save target as
does not work.
For other browser users: Both methods mentioned above work.
Windows users: please download the file flowPeaks_x.y.zip
for the prebuilt binary package (for both
32bit and 64bit).
MacOS 10.5 (Leopard) binary:
please download the file flowPeaks_x.y.tgz
Linux users: please download the source file flowPeaks_x.y.tar.gz
to build the package. Requirements, R>=2.12, and GSL (>=1.12)

each individual functions in the flowPeaks package.
Since version 0.99.0, all updates of the flowPeaks package is hosted at the bioconductor in the development branch (http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/devel/bioc/html/flowPeaks.html). I will post the some important milestone packages at the github.
