TENxVisiumData

The TENxVisiumData package provides a collection of Visium spatial gene expression datasets by 10X Genomics. Data cover various organisms and tissues, and are provided as objects of class SpatialExperiment.

The package is currently only available through GitHub, and should be installed using:

BiocManager::install("HelenaLC/TENxVisiumData")
