PasillaTranscriptExpr package - example data for differential splicing analysis

PasillaTranscriptExpr is a data package with transcript expression obtained with kallisto from pasilla knock-down RNA-Seq data (Brooks AN et al. Conservation of an RNA regulatory map between Drosophila and mammals. Genome Res. 2011)

Installation

To install the latest development version, use the devtool package (available here)

devtools::install_github("markrobinsonuzh/PasillaTranscriptExpr")

Vignette

The vignette contains all the preprocessing steps of the pasilla data. It can be found in the “vignettes/PasillaTranscriptExpr.pdf” file. After installation, the vignette can be accessed from the R console by typing
