MapScape is a visualization tool for spatial clonal evolution.

Installation

To install MapScape, type the following commands in R:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly=TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")
BiocManager::install("mapscape")

Examples

Run the examples by:

example("mapscape")
