WindRider is a mobile Web browser to reduce the latency with a smart prefetching strategy and caching mechanism. The prefetching strategy bases on the contents of Web pages and the features of mobile de-vices. And our caching mechanism stores resources in more proper lifecycles. The preliminary experimental results show our browser can reduce the page loading time to around one second with 64% prefetching accuracy.
