corrected the abs compilation error
This tool is made to remove “tips” (short dead ends) from a compacted de Bruijn graph.
You can use BCALM2 to compute such a graph.
[Unitig file] [kmer size] [tipping length (100)] [core used (1)] [hash size, use 2^h files (8)]
To do list:
-Remove ascII representation
-Better multithreading
